Duplon Polyurethane Hose offers exceptional flexibility, durability, and light weight — making it ideal for demanding industrial applications. Composition: Made from premium polyurethane with embedded copper-coated spring steel wire for added strength and durability.

Applications

Duplon PU hose 0.4mm Thickness is ideal for waste (dust) collection system, removal of cotton dust particles during bale processing, waste removal during combing process, also used in ring frame and compact spinning, comber and speed frame, carding, draw frames, also in blow room for transport of light materials, O.H.T.C system and humidification systems) Ceramic ( during various stages of production such as raw material handling, dust extraction and collection, spray dyers and processing equipment and tile pressing & gazing etc.), Woodworking (Efficient suction of sawdust, wood chips & shavings from machinery, removal of larger wood waste during cutting, edge benders, panel saws & sanders, planers and jointer, and centralized vacuum system etc.) and conveying of air, fumes, dust and light materials in packaging, plastic processing, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Applications

Duplon PU hose 0.6mm Thickness is best for light to moderate-duty suction and conveying where flexibility is needed but material being conveyed still has some abrasiveness, such as dust extraction in woodworking, textile, and paper industries, conveying light plastic pellets, fibers, fluff, and granules, Industrial vacuum cleaners (light-duty use), Plastic processing and recycling, De-dusting systems with low to medium vacuum pressures.
